This course is fairly flat and easy to walk. A creek flows throughout the entire course which come into play on occasions. In addition, there are three small ponds that come into play on five other holes.

This course, which was built in the front yard of a house, has fairly level terrain, but many holes were designed alongside the Brandywine Creek. As a result, the water hazards make for some challenging play during the middle holes. The fairways are open, and all the greens are elevated and vary from medium to small in size. The signature hole is 3, a 193-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to a large undulating green.
