This course was build near Chicago, on the flat plains of Indiana. Gusty winds combined with the long distance of the holes, make this course challenging but great fun overall. The layout concludes with a 537-yard, par 5, featuring water all down the left side.

The course was cut out of the rolling hills on a former horse farm and is laid out in a Scottish links-style design. Other features on this course include several sand bunkers strategically placed throughout the design, numerous mature trees, eight ponds and eight wetlands.

Creekside Golf Course and Training Center is a nine-hole track with a large practice facility and three practice holes. The course is a mix of parkland and links-style holes. The rolling fairways are generally open. The large greens offer a mix of flat and undulating playing surfaces, and are moderate in speed. Water comes into play on six holes, and there are four sets of tees to accommodate all skill levels.

This traditional course has water hazards and numerous trees incorporated into its design. The course was built on rolling terrain, so be prepared for some uneven lies. The signature hole is 5, a 335-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot between a fairway bunker on the left and a pond on the right side of the fairway.
