This nine hole regulation course has ten holes. Hole 10 (otherwise known as 9A) is a 175-yard, par 3, often used as a tie-breaker hole. In addition, water hazards (five ponds) come into play on four holes, including one hole featuring a peninsula green. Some of the greens are slightly elevated, but all are sloped. The various sand bunkers protecting the greens make every hole unique. The club has planted new trees, so as the years pass this course is going to be even more difficult.

Most of this course's greens are fairly flat and easy to read. However, the green on hole 9 is elevated. The fairways are tree lined, and water hazards come into play on a few holes. A few of the fairways have dogleg configurations and there are numerous sand bunkers on the course.

This course is very scenic and demands accurate shot placement because the fairways are narrow and tree lined. The greens are quite fast and sloped, making for some tricky putts.

This course's fairways and greens are well maintained throughout the entire season. The tree-lined fairways were built on flat terrain, so the course is easy to walk. Additionally, the greens are somewhat elevated and sloped. Wind can become a major factor at times, and water hazards come into play on four holes.

Irish Oaks Golf Course is a nine hole track that surrounds the Lake Bluff Retirement Village in Gladstone, Michigan. This course is generally flat and easy to walk. The generous fairways are lined with mature oaks and lead to large, challenging greens. Water comes into play a few times.

This wide-open course only has one dogleg fairway. The greens are very small, so shot accuracy is a must if you plan on scoring well. The terrain is predominantly flat and the woods are considered out-of-bounds.
