This course has severely sloping and fast greens. A creek comes into play on fourteen holes. There are some long par 4s, five of which are over 400 yards. The club annually hosts a Northern Ohio PGA Sectional. Ferdinand Garbin redesigned the course in 1983. This is one of the many Private Ohio golf courses in Stark County.

This Ohio golf courses narrow front nine is longer than its more open and hilly back nine. The greens are small, well protected by sand bunkers and fast. Water hazards come into play on two holes. This course has a small driving range that measures only 180 yards in length.

This traditional course has a very challenging layout. The fairways are defined by a multiple cut of rough, and the hilly terrain will cause many uneven lies. The undulating greens are small, very fast, and difficult to read. Water hazards come into play on five holes, and the course is well bunkered. The signature hole is 18, a 529-yard, par 5, requiring uphill shots to a small green protected by five sand bunkers. The course was most recently redesigned by Robert Trent Jones in 1982. Golf Digest rated this as the 9th Best in State for Ohio golf courses for 1995-96.

This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The course was built on rolling terrain like so many Ohio golf courses and water hazards come into play. The Front/Middle Course is used as a tournament course. All three courses have tree-lined fairways that are open and greens that are small and medium speed. An updated drainage system drastically improved wet area's playability and manicuring.

This is a typical Jack Nicklaus course, featuring well-bunkered greens and many extremely long holes. The course is strictly for members and their guests. Water hazards (ponds and creeks) come into play on twelve holes. All the fairways are bordered by a thick cut of rough, so shot accuracy is an important part of the game. Hole 11, a 420-yard, par 4, requires a tee shot over a large sand bunker and an approach over water. This is most like the premier Ohio golf course in Stark County.

The greens are somewhat flat. Water comes into play on eleven holes, including 8, a 545-yard, par 5, which has a small pond to the left of the fairway and one tucked in front of the green. The pride and joy of the course is their rough which is a hellish fescue combination. There are a number of mature trees around the course, as well as a waterfall. Wildlife seen at the course includes deer, geese and raccoons. Many of Ohio golf courses have wildlife to keep your eyes open for.

This short course is ideal for seniors and ladies who like to walk. The greens are protected by grass bunkers, and water hazards come into play on four holes. Most fairways are tree lined and defined by a standard cut of rough. In the late afternoons, the wind frequently blows, making proper club selection an important part of the game. Many of the average-sized greens are elevated and double-tiered. Since this course is short, the club only provides 100-yard markers in the center of the fairways. This course is well maintained and the fairways are lined with mature trees. The greens are fast, and some of them are small. There is one lake and a creek that come into play on five holes. One of the difficult holes is 4, a 425-yard, par 4, which is uphill and has a large tree on the right side of the fairway's small landing area. This fairly hilly course which is typical for Ohio golf courses hosts the Ohio Amateur qualifier tournament annually.

This club offers several tree-lined and dogleg fairways. Accurate shot placement is at a premium. Two ponds come into play on three holes on the front nine and the back nine has two water hazards. The golf professional has said: This is one of the best maintained public Ohio golf courses in the area. The greens are said to be as fast as lightening, and small.

This facility has two regulation eighteen hole courses. Both courses are well maintained and mostly feature large greens. The Dales Course, built on somewhat flat terrain, is longer than the Hills Course. However, mounds in the generously wide fairways can cause uneven lies. The Hills Course, built on hilly terrain, features undulating greens. The most difficult hole on the Dales Course is 9, a 202-yard, par 3, requiring a long tee shot to a well-bunkered green. The most difficult hole on the Hills Course is 3, a 413-yard, par 4, requiring a long tee shot, then an approach shot to a severely undulating green
